The Annual General Meeting will take place at the Friends’ Meeting House, 16 Queens Road, Leicester LE2 1WP

Doors open at 1.30pm: the AGM will start at 2pm. Tea/coffee will be available. The meeting will be followed by a presentation from our publicity officer “Stories from the Search Service”.

The agenda for the AGM is:

• To accept the Minutes of the previous AGM (2025).
• To consider any matters arising from those Minutes.
• To receive the report(s) on the activities of the previous year.
• To receive and approve the financial accounts of the Society.
• To authorise the Committee to appoint the independent Examiner for the following year.
• To report on any Motions/Questions/Amendments that have been received by the published deadline:
• Changes to LRFHS Subscriptions.
• To elect the Executive Officers and other members of the Executive Committee.
• Close of business.
