Be aware that it is just an index giving Surname, Forenames, Year, Date of Cremation, and a page number (and book number where necessary), allowing further details to be found in the Cremation Registers themselves.

There is also a Notes column as some entries have notes against them and others have details: for example double cremations, exhumations or if cremated elsewhere but buried or scattered at Gilroes.

The index contains over 158,000 entries and is presented in Microsoft Excel format in Date Order and Alphabetical Order. Due to the number of entries each format is presented in five parts.
